What Kludgeworks is
Kludgeworks is where I build hardware in the open and write down how it actually goes. FPGA logic in SystemVerilog, PCB and mixed-signal design, and the occasional deep dive into the theory underneath — published as hands-on tutorials and in-depth technical articles. The goal is simple: explain every line of code and every design decision, in the order it actually made sense, so you can follow along on real hardware instead of just reading about it.
What you'll find here
Who's behind it
I'm Pulasthi Peiris, an engineer who tests, debugs and builds hardware for a living — system- and silicon-level testing, deep root-cause debug across firmware, RTL and analog, test automation, and the board and FPGA design underneath. Kludgeworks is the place I share the self-directed side of that work: the projects I build to learn, taken apart and explained. If you want my professional background, experience and portfolio, that lives on my main site.
